Title: New Orleans Stroganoff

6 Pork Chops, boneless
1tsVegetable oil
1mdOnion
1tsCajun Seasoning Mix
14ozChicken Stock
1 1/2cInstant Rice, uncooked
1 1/2cBroccoli, frozen, chopped
1/2cSour Cream

Heat oil on medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add pork and sprinkle seasoning mix over pork. Stir fry 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink.

Raise heat to high. Add stock and rice. Stir to moisten rice. Cover skillet to bring stock to a full boil. When stock boils, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes until most of the stock is absorbed.
